Kaisha Lanterns and Florals
Looking After Your Pieces

Care Guide

Your Kaisha pieces are designed to last. A little care goes a long way in keeping them looking their absolute best.

Artificial Floral Arrangements

Avoid Direct Sunlight

Keep your arrangements away from prolonged direct sunlight. UV exposure can cause colours to fade over time, especially with delicate pastel tones.

Dust Gently

Use a soft-bristle brush, feather duster, or a can of compressed air to remove dust from petals and foliage. A gentle approach keeps everything looking fresh without damaging the arrangement.

Spot Clean When Needed

If a petal or leaf gets marked, a slightly damp cloth can do the trick. Avoid soaking or submerging any part of the arrangement.

Handle with Care

When moving your arrangement, support the base rather than lifting by the florals. This helps keep everything securely in place.

LED Lanterns

Keep Away from Heat Sources

Position lanterns away from heaters, fireplaces, and stovetops. Excessive heat can affect both the LED components and the surrounding florals.

Battery Care

If your lantern uses batteries, remove them when not in use for extended periods. This prevents corrosion and extends the life of the LED lights.

Indoor Use Only

Kaisha lanterns are designed for indoor display. Moisture, wind, and outdoor elements can damage the arrangement and electrical components.

Wipe the Glass

Clean lantern glass panels with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a small amount of glass cleaner on the cloth works well — just avoid spraying directly near the florals.

Wreaths & Door Pieces

Display Under Cover

If hanging on a front door, a covered porch or veranda is ideal. Direct rain and harsh sun will shorten the life of your wreath.

Reshape After Transit

Florals may shift during delivery. Gently adjust petals and foliage back into place with your fingers once you've hung it up.

Rotate Seasonally

Swap out wreaths seasonally or store them in a cool, dry place. Wrapping gently in tissue paper helps preserve the shape.
